All graphics are copyrighted to me, even after purchase. Graphics will be sold on a first come first served basis. All payments are to be made in US Dollars via PayPal only and all sales are final. Sigtags: General terms apply. You do not have to have a website to purchase a sigtag. They are sold unlimited. Can be used in emails, forums, websites, but always link back to http://lilpixiehaven.com . Tubes: I retain copyright of all the original tubes available here. You MUST have a website to purchase these tubes. The files you receive from me are for YOU ONLY! Do not share the files with anybody else. All of my tubes are in PSP/PSD format. You MAY NOT edit these tubes in ANY way. This means no resizing and no changing the colors. You must use them as they come. You MAY mirror their poses, rotate and flip. You MAY use these tubes to create purchaseware. This includes sig tags, premades, and websets. You MAY NOT create tubes for others with these images. You MUST add something to these tubes. Simply adding a name or other word is NOT ENOUGH! You may not share these tubes with anyone else. You may NOT pass tubes around forums, newsgroups, message boards or through email groups. You may NOT use my original tube images to put on CD's or distribute/resell them in any shape or form. You may NOT claim them as your own. When using a graphic you made with these tubes the certificate must be linked back to my site. If used on a message board, e-mail, etc - a text link is fine.
